Conditions of rent and payment

It is possible to use various offers from individuals in newspapers to rent an apartment. But the main circumstance of such announcements is advance payment for 2 or 3 months.

Our bureau of apartments “Barinn” affords many variants of apartments, which you can rent by the day. Also, you don’t have to make out the contract through the lawyer and provide information about all residents.  

All you need to do it is to send the request on a page of the chosen apartment or to call us.

• Specify term of your accommodation and, if it is necessary, additional conditions;
• Your telephone number;
• Take the key from the apartment;

We will be grateful for abidance by rules

• Check in at the apartment materializes by presentation of the passport or other document proving the identity;
• 100% booking of chosen apartment guaranteed after advance payment for a day (you can pay through payment system Robokassa, by card of Sberbank, on our settlement account or cash payment in our office), without advance payment we don’t give you a guarantee of a presence of chosen apartment, but we can give an alternative;
• When you check in at the apartment, we take the pledge, which return at departure;
• Checkout time from 12:00 to 14:00, if you want to stay at the apartment longer you should give an afterpayment;
• If the guest tells us about early departure from the apartment, less than for 2 days, that it keeps a payment for actual time of staying in the apartment+ for two days ahead, other money comes back to the guest;
• If the guest tells us about early departure, more than for 2 days, that money comes back in full, except payment for actual time of staying in the apartment;
• Request is to keep silence in the apartment from 22:00 to 7:00 and to be respectful to neighbors;
• Free cleaning and change of bed-clothes is made 1 time in 10 days. According to the preliminary notice paid cleaning can be made.
• It is forbidden to smoke at the apartments;
• Request is to coordinate departure time with the manager or to inform about extension of time of accommodation in advance;
• We don’t lease the apartments for carrying out entertaining actions;.
